Harold R. Gaffney "Father of the above 9 children" incl myself, died Sept.25,1973. He was the son of Francis Gaffney and Anna Powers" sometimes known as Lila Powers. My Father was in the regular army during the mid to late 1950 during the Korean War time,I'am having a difficult time retrieving a few military records of his, Though i do have some.
Timmy i noticed u also are researching the Gaffney family ancestors as well. Lets maybe combine efforts, This goes out to all my above brothers and big sister. I am the youngest out of everyone above, I have spent days,nights,and hours trying to find any information about our father and his family.Its taken me some time to even get this far it nice if i could get i little help or we can combine some info we all have. This would save our children as well from having to go through the same things. Trying to find there Family Orgins/History/Ancestors.
