I am trying to find more information about my ancestors. I started doing this as a college project but as I looked more and more into it, it became more and more intersting. I never even thought I would get this far, but now that I have, I am determined to go even farther. I hope to find some more information on the people I already have listed, as well as finding some more names about people I do not know about yet. This would be a wonderful thing for everyone in my family to be able to find some more generations.

This is a picture of my mother when she was in college. Her name is Dru Kristin Gaines. She was born to Elnora and Marvin Cooper on May 13,1955. She originally had 2 brothers (Tay and Garth) and 1 sister (Brooke).Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mom remarried a man named Donald Dean.My mom then had 1 more half brother (Don) and 2 haf sisters (Deirdre and April). Her brothers and sisters do not think of each other as half sisters and brothers because they are all very close.
