In my opinion, my family is very unique. Both of my parents were born in Mexico as well as my brother and sisters. My fathers parents were brought up in Mexico but born in Spain. My mothers parents were born and raised in Mexico.
My grandmother was one of the very first employees of Marshall Fields downtown. This store is a landmark of the city and I am happy to know that my grandmother had a special part in it.
My grandmother was also alive when the notorious Al Capone ruled the streets of Chicago. My grandmother knew of his doings and all of the infamous acts he did.
