My ancestors came Wessum, Germany and his name was Heinrich Gehling. He Came to USA and settled in Wisc. for a couple of years. He then went to Winneshiek County, Calmar, Iowa where he married his girl from Germany, name of Klara Leitkenhaus from the same area in Germany. He lived the rest of his life and died at Calmar, Iowa. One of his sons was Barnard Gehling who married Elizebeth Bullerman and one of their sons was my dad, Gregory Charles Gehling. Hw moved to Cresco, Iowa in 1941 when I was two years old . Any additional info would be appreciated. I you know if Heinrich had brothers and sisters and what his dads name was and if their are relations back in Germany.
