I am researching Reuben Goldston's family 1774-1850? I am trying to connect him with Capt. Charles or John Goldston of Chatham-Rutherford Counties in North Carolina. If the 1790 census of Chatham County is right there were two missing sons of Charles in that census. Shortly after the census we find Reuben and John in Knox County Tennessee. I am also researching I believe Reuben's family in Anderson and Roane Counties in Tennessee. William Goldston buried in Poplar Springs Cemetery in Roane County and his wives Margaret Peggy Smith and Martha Patsy Jones Hagler Gholston are also a focus of my search. I am also researching the Condry, Hagler, Heglar, Jones, Maxwell, Henderson, Isham,Searcy, Wilson,Russell, Watson,Garner,Johnston,Roberts,and Butler families.
I am also interested in finding any new information with this family to our Welsh and British ancestors.
