Looking for information about Andrew Jackson STONE b. between 1858 and 1860 in Fayette Co. IL. He married Martha Ann COOK 7/4/1878 in Fayette Co. IL. Martha Ann Cook d. 12/18/1890. It is believed that Andrew Jackson STONE d. in 1889 but no records have been found. He seems to have vanished.
Looking for ancestors of Maggie Dell SHADOAN, wife of John Carl STONE, son of A J STONE and M A COOK. Family stories say Maggie was b. 3-18-1890 while enroute to KY where she lived until age sixteen, (probably 1906) when her father, Lewis/Louis SHADOAN died. According to 1900 Census, she was b. in KY. However, 1920 Census lists her as b. in Kansas. Her mother, Sisley BALES SHADOAN moved her family to Decatur, IL.
