I started my search years ago, but I put it off for a while until now. I know it's alot of hard work, but its very important to connect with family that I didn't know exist.
I was told that my grand father's family (Gillis - on my father's side) came from Virgina and then settle in Texas. I'm not sure about my mother's side (Hatton).
