I am searching for anscestry and descendants of Thomas Gilbert, born May 8,1772 in Connecticut. Thomas married Annie -----, born 1775. To them was born one son, Burton in 1798. Thomas is in the census records for Alexander Twp., Genesse County NY from 1820 through 1850. Thomas Gilbert died Nov. 24, 1852 and Annie died July 18, 1846. They are buried in West Bethany cemetery.
