My search began about five years ago. Thanks to a good friend and info obtained on the internet, poster boards, the Public Library and old newspaper clippings, we have had some good resoults.By knowing the name and birth date of my great gramdmother i was able to find her line from her fathers side, back to 1600 England, and find out that i was direct descendant of William Bull and Sarah Wells, first woman pioneer to the Hudson Valley. On her mother's side(Gray/Robbins) iwas also able to obtain information back to 1700, including info on Archibald Robbins,( Civil War hero). There is still alot to find and a lot of information to gather. I have been able to find some info on my mother's, mother's side(Ingerick/Vanleuvan).My search for the Newhall side has not been so friutfull, even though we have been able to find some thing. In 2002 we got together and had our first family reunion from the Newhall side. We dedicated it to our great, great aunt,Edna Irene Faulkner, who had, had a part in bringing up most of us.The following year we got together again and this time our reunion was dedicated to celebrating my mother's 65 birthday. The Bull family reunite each year.
