The Annual Reunion of the James Wilkerson Gilbert and Ruby Naomi Woodham (wife) is held the weekend after father's day at the Wakulla Springs Lodge, 15 miles south of Tallahassee.

The historic Wakulla Lodge is one of the most picturesque an memorable places to hold such an event. The family has gathered at this location since 1964, at which time the children and families of James Wilkerson Gilbert and Ruby Naomi Woodham selected this site, at a central location to their family that had settled different directions.
