We are the Minnesota Gillard's. Our family consists of about 250 close relatives. Brothers, Sisters, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. We do know that our family expanded from England to Canada (the province of Ontario, the cities of Morrisburg, Dickinson's Landing, Bouck's Hill). The family moved apart at this time. Some coming to Minnesota and Wisconsin, others to Colorado and still others went to Washington state in the 1930's. We have researched the Minnesota and Washington Gillards well, but the families from Wisconsin and Colorado are not well known to us. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
We had a Minnesota Gillard reunion in July 2003 with over 200 persons in attendance. A wonder time of reflection and getting to know members of the family.
