This family is descended from Henry Gill, originally of Australian descent whose family came to Trinidad in the mid 1800's. He was the father of Malcom, Edgie, Harold, Tina and Dorothy Gill. Malcom Gill married Olga Hackshaw and went on to have three children: Henry Gill, Helen Gill who later became Helen Abraham, and Carol Gill, who became Carol Creque and then Mohan respectively.
