I am very new at this. I have entered some 300 names with very few dates or places to my own search, which I have not placed out there yet, for fear of mis-information.
I started at my missing Grandfather, who's name was Herb TURNER. What A NIGHTMARE!!! I still havent gotten any further on him. Herb Turner, b. approx 1900, d. approx.1951,
Mother Mary Cain? King?
Herb followed the rodeo, spent some time in Oklahoma. I think his his father was Frank Turner, from Al.?

Herb had siblings, Dessie, Ruff, and a half brother, Ike.
I believe my paternal Aunt, has worked the Myers's of San Saba.
I also believe I have a cousin who has researched the
Turner's and Davis's.
I have attempted to contact both of them, but have yet to get a reply from either. So until life slows down enough for them to have a chance to get back with me, I guess I'm on my own.
JUST LIKE ALL OF YOU HAVE BEEN AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER.
