This tree follows my (Kenneth Girot) ancestors back to the union of the Girot and Judlin families with the marriage of Leopold Henry Girot, Jr (known as Henry L Girot) and Mabel Judlin. From that point you can follow the Girot and Judlin ancestors back a couple of generations. Leopold Jr's parents were Leopold Henry Girot (1839-1911) and Marie Claverie (1864-1933). Leopold was the son of Joseph Girot and Marie Humbert of Metz, Alsace Loraine, France. Marie was the daughter of Dominic Claverie and Marie Masquere of France. Leopold Henry Girot immigrated to New Orleans LA in 1868. From there the Girot family spread to Ocean Springs MS. I am searching for ancestors of these Girot's.
On the Judlin side, Mabel Judlin's parents were Peter Judlin and Henriette Monteverde. The Judlin decendents can be then followed forward to today. I am also looking for ancestors of these Judlin's.
