James Emery Jones (b. June 19, 1881, d. October 13, 1954)
James Emery Jones (son of James Elliot Jones and Mariah Anna Neefe) was born June 19, 1881 in LaCrosse, LaCrosse Co., WI, and died October 13, 1954 in So. Pettibone Island, LaCrosse, WI. He married (1) Alice Ammerman on Abt. 1904. He married (2) Stella E. Nuzum on December 2, 1907. He married (3) Eva M. Unknown.
Notes for James Emery Jones: James Emery and his wife, Allice, moved to Lynch, Nebraska shortly after their marriage. It is believed they tried to homestead land there, however, Allice became ill and died three months after the birth of their second child.
James Emery and his two small children returned to Woodstock, WI in 1906.
