I have been trying to research my family for several years,my parents died when I was in my twenty's,I know they came from Ocala ,Fl. and I am pretty sure they migrated from Lawrence county Al.before that,my grandfather and great grandparents are buried in Capulet cemetery in Ocala,Fl., I am pretty sure that my great great grandfather Wade Hampton is buried in Bald Knob cemetery in Lawrence county Al.
I am the only child left of 5 children born to Archie Clyde Hampton
,and Ruby Lester in Lakeland,Fl. (actually Kathleen)
