I am looking for any relatives of my mother's now (90) late father. He was born on the 10th April,1884 and died in Johannesburg 8th August 1914 when my mother was 3 years. On the birth certificate his father was given as CHARLES MARMADUKE MARSDEN and his mother MARY ANNE FROST MARSDEN of Purdis Farm. Unfortunately my mother has never had any contact with her father's relatives. She did have a brother ....FREDERICK ALDUS RUFUS MARSDEN who was born in 1915 and passed away in 1986.
On the death certificate the adress of the parents was 32 Fore Street, Ipswich, England. My mother always says her father came from Bury St. Edmonds, Ipswich
