Joyce Jacobs Gordon - Pennsylvania Roots

I am researching the following ancestors on my paternal side. Those not in caps have very little research. BULLOCK, Clark, Cloud, Forwood, FOULK, Gachenaur, GRUBB, Hanaway, Heck, JACOBS, Lapp, Lloyd, Miller, Moore, Rutter, STEDHAM, TALLEY, Troop. Some are found in New Castle county, DE; others in Chester, Delaware and Lancaster counties in PA. Immigrant ancestors are Aaron Bullock, Wiljam Forehead (Forwood), John Grubb on the Ship Kent in 1677, Timen Stedham, and William Talley on the ship Triall before 1686.

These surnames are being researched on my maternal side. Those in caps have the most information gathered. BUCH, CHRIST, EICHELBERGER, FASNACHT, Flowers, Frankford, Fritz, GABLE, Mellinger, Miller, RODMAN/RATHMAN, Steffy, Stumpf, TROSTEL. They are found in the Lancaster, Lebanon and Berks county areas. Immigrant ancestors are Johann Georg Nicholas Buch on the ship Albany in 1728, Johann Conrath Fassenacht on the ship Ranier in 1749, and Hans Bernhardt Trostel on the ship Samuel in 1733.

I have quite a bit of information on those surnames in caps which includes census findings, church records, marriage and death records, obits, some wills, correspondence, related books and genealogical sketches. There are also many photographs. I am in the process of entering my "paper world" into my first computer so this page will be a work in slow progress, but I am happy to share what info I have with others researching the same names.
