I am currently researching my family tree, most of my family live in and around Chorley Lancashire UK. My Grandfather was born in the Lake District circa 25 Dec 1883/4 Died 5 July 1948, (in the Ambleside/Ulverston area, so I am led to believe)so I really need to trace his side of the family. He married Elizabeth Ann Hartley b 28 April 1885 d 27 April 1961, together they had 11 children. John, Ronald, Elsie, Evelyn, Lucy, Nellie, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Edna, Jane (Jenny),Phyllis. Ronald, Lucy, & Phyllis are still living, I do not know the whereabouts of Elizabeth.
