Father suspected to be either Stephen or James Bligh. 1870 census shows Caroline erroneously recorded as daughter living at same residence as Otis and Lydia Bligh. Stephen Bligh (oldest son) is not listed and cannot be found after 1860 census. James cannot be found after 1870 census. Only other son George appears in later census records married with children. Caroline appears as widowed.
