I have been researching my family names which include: Grohmann, Sager, Maron, Schneider, Gottschalk, Halbach, and Stamm.
The information I have collected to date has not gone too far back in my family's past. Most of the information I have came from interviews with my grandparents in their latter years.
I am working with the information I have, hopping that it will lead to something further back. I have a collection of photos left to me by my grandparents on both sides of the family. I will post some of these photos, hoping that it may help another family member that is researching their past.
In researching the family tree so far, I have made one discovery. All of our men are strong, our women are good looking and our children are above average!

Albert Grohmann born September 3, 1947
My Father: Albert William Grohmann, born in Carteret (Chrome), New Jersey in 1919. He died in 1983
My Mother: Wera (Vera in USA) Schneider, was born 1921 in Elberfeld, Germany and is still living
