Samuel Shelton Died in a Civil












Samuel Shelton died in a Prison Camp during the Civil War about 1864. In 1869 his wife Judea Ann Wyatt Shelton married John True.
His children moved to different areas of Tennessee, mostly to Montgomery Co Tennessee. His Wife and her new husband moved to Texas taking some of the small children with them. I know nothing of Samuel's parents of his Siblings. In 1840 & 50 he was in the Household of Washington G Pierce Who Signed his marriage bond. Judea Ann's mother Mourning Wyatt Lived in Sumner Co. near the Piearce's. She had A brother John Wyatt and two sisters Rebicca and Liza Jane, maybe others.
