I have traced my Honeymans from WILLIAM HONEYMAN who was born about 1685, place unknown, and died on May 5, 1741 in Logie, Fife.
William's son was PATRICK HONEYMAN born August 8, 1704 in Logie. He married (1)Elizabeth Paterson on November 28, 1729 and (2) Christian Bell on December 30, 1737 in Logie. Patrick died July 29, 1783 in Logie.
Patrick and Christian's son was DAVID HONEYMAN born April 1, 1739 in Logie. David married Margaret Fortay on November 26, 1768 in Kilmany and died on July 28, 1787 in Denfoot.
David's son was THOMAS HONEYMAN born on April 6, 1776 in Leuchars. Thomas married Janet Dewar on December 31, 1796 in Kilmany, and died January 21, 1856 in Cupar.
Thomas's son was THOMAS HONEYMAN born 1809 in Dundee, Angus. Thomas married Margaret Baker in 1838 (c.) in Dundee, and died May, 15, 1869 in Dundee.
Thomas's son was THOMAS HONEYMAN born 1847 in Dundee. Thomas married Mary Fraser on April 14, 1869 in Dundee, and died after 1912.
