I am just starting my family history work. I have a lot of work in store. We have a lot of information on my husbands side but I am trying to get the information on my side of the family. My mothers side are immigrants. Most the information on them is German ancestry. My fathers side is more of a mistery. We don't have much of anything on them. I know my grandparents names but not much more.
Hopefully we will get more as time goes on. This is my "job", finding my family history. I love to know where we come from and being in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints I have some help with the church records. Anyone, however, can use the records or submit the information to them to be put on file. I hope I will be able to find some of my ancestors, such as the Menne, Woodward, Hebenstreit, Eckert, Graham, Lowry, Hick, Herren, Mathis, and Sweeten, who were put there by others.
