Joseph Black b 1822,in Kildress Co Tyrone m'd Martha(Matty) Craig, a widow, nee Weir b 1832, - maried in 1858 in Belfast,Co Antrim.One of their 4 daughters, Elizabeth(Lizzie)'b 1869,m'd William John Mc Dowell b 1865,in Co Down - m'd in 1893 in Lisburn, Co Antrim. Joseph Blacks parents were William Black and Margaret ?? and Matty's father was Joseph Weir - Joseph Black 1822 had brothers John 1823,Archibald 1830,Robert 1833 and Andrew 1839.Lizzie Black 1869 had sisters Jane 1857 m'd James Irwin,Mary 1858 m'd Thomas Sinclair,Margaret 1863 m'd William John Shirlow and one brother Joseph b 1865 (nothing more known about him - believed to have gone to Scotland)Jane,Mary and Margaret believed born in Kildress Co Tyrone,Elizabeth(Lizzie) 1869 and Joseph 1865 reg'd as born at Derriaghy, Co Antrim.
