I believe it to be of great importance to search out our families roots/especialy for my children.I have known my fathers family history since I was little/his people felt it was important to recount their history oraly to keep the past alive and the people that are gone are still alive in my mind.And I have a sense of belonging /I want to give this to my children.
unfortunatly not all families feel this important and somtimes family history cant be found/this is the thing Ive run into with the Willard side.After mygreat grandfather I hit a dead end.I know very little about the Hammonds but hope to change this in aug. when I go to a family reunion in douglas wy. Brow/Hammond reunion/8/4/01------also looking for any info concerning Everett Dibble and his line/my husband was adopted by his stepfather Les harrison so were searching this too .Ross familyline from bills side/Each new discovery is an awesome treasure.
