 Includes NotesNotes for Fannie Farque:
The following was found in the family notes of Lorine Eula Williams,
Grandaughter of Fanny Farque:

"Fanny Farque's parents and family lived in St. Martinville, LA. They
were Catholic until John married Elizabeth Moore. Her father came
straight from Ireland. This same John's mother was a Broussard whose
father and mother were some of the original Acadiens who came into
Louisiana. The British had a price on their father's head, dead or
alive, during the Revolution. Her Grandfather was the first Commandant
of the Attakapas. That's where they sent the Acadiens to live. St.
Martinville is where it is today."
