Hi,

Doing this history for my neices and nephew so that they will know about who and where they came from. The Charles Hedrick side of the family belongs to my Dad, Everett Hedrick from Brandywine, WV. The Metzger family of course, is from my Mom's side, MaryLee who was from Walkersville, Elkins, Buchannon, WV area. Both sides of the family came from Germany and migrated to the United States in the 1700's. The Metzger's showed up in PA area and the Hedrick's in the WV area.
