I have just begun my family research. I am lucky enough to have two separate lines of Lynch's in my family. My grandmother (Lena Lynch) married Harlow Lynch. (NO RELATION WHAT-SO-EVER, I swear!)

Unfortunately, my grandfather suffered from a horrible genetic disease called Huntington's Chorea (Imagine Parkinson’s mixed with Alzheimer’s and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder thrown in.) He passed it onto my father who died from it in 1997. I have a 50% chance of having it.

It’s this information that inspired me to find my ancestors. I want to trace this gene back as far as I can.

I've learned a lot, and I'm having fun. I just hope this can help someone else!
