I started genealogy research because of the support from my Aunt Verla and a cousin Mable King. They had been researching together for many years. One on the west coast and one on the east coast.I obtained the doc's and death cert. and such to back up their research. When they both passed I continued with the help of my brother John Worley. Our surnames are: WORLEY,KING,SURRETT,WELLS,AUSTIN,and branches out:LEDBETTER,DUCKETT,JONES,BOYD,McELREATH,TATE,and many, many more. In 1993 we had a family reunion in Washington State. They came from Texas,California,Montana,Alaska and of course Washington State.Some had never met before but there's something about family no matter who,or where they came from, when they get together their one.We have lost a number of family since then but their not forgotten They just went on to a bigger family reunion, BOY!
