The Ancestry of Emily Ann Hellbach of New Orleans, LA

I am researching bothe the Freitag and the Hellbach families from Germany.
Herman Freitag arrived in the USA in 1880 where he married Anna Augusta Wilhelmina Peltz, also from Germany. Also from Germany linked to the Freitags are the Fruhling's, the Fisher's, and the Faulstick's.
I am not sure exactly when Frederick Hellbach came to America, but he was born in Limberg, Germany in 1838 and he had a son in New Orleans in 1866. So he arrived betwen 1838 and 1866.
In addition, I am researching the Arena family from Italy. Vincent Arena was the first to come to USA in 1854.
Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have.
