I have been researching my family tree for about 8 years now. The surnames included, but not limited to, are EDGAR, WATSON, MURRAY, BLANCHARD, ENRIGHT, MINAHAN, WOLCOTT, COLBURN, PATNOD, MCCRACKENS, JOHNSTON, PULLEN/POULAIN, DEVENDORF, BOARDWAY. Most of the family has been found in Oswego, NY and St. Lawrence Co.
The Edgars start with Benjamin and Elizabeth Edgar migrating from Ireland in the 1820's and settling in St. Lawrence Co. They had 7 or 8 children when then spread out throughout Upstate New York and beyond.
