The Herbert/Ogdens of NY

Updated November 10, 2007

About Our Family Research

I have researched the Herbert/Jaume/Hauck/Binder/Kern/Sommer (Summer)/Zotter/Ronayne/Strini/Upright families, and we came from just about every country in Europe. I have just started researching the Ogdens and Jenkins, due to my recent marriage, and have added a new limb and many branches to my tree. The Jaumes are from France; Marseilles and Grenoble areas, mainly; the Herberts, Haucks and Uprights came from Germany; the Binders, Kerns, Sommers, Zotters came from Austria, and/or Hungary; the Jenkins and Ronaynes came from Ireland, and the Ogdens have some Cherokee Indian, from what I've been told.
I am really stuck on the Ronaynes, and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, and enjoy!
