- Copies of appropriate pages from the family bible of Rudolph S. and Magdalena (Landis) Herr sent to me by Jean Marguerite (Meyer) Herr who received them from Barbara Ann (Herr) Ranck. As it turns out, these were some of the most important documents that were needed to complete the tree. The Theodore W. Herr book referenced above does not show all of Rudolph S. Herr's family on page 165. These pages from his bible filled the gap. Thank you, Aunt Jean and Barbara!
