Just getting started and know very little. My Father was Charles Durant Herrington and he was raised in Poulan, Worth Co., Ga. My Mother was Lola Irene Mann and was raised in White Co.Ga. My Sister Margaret Mann Holden is deceased as is my Brother Charles Durant Herrington, Jr. My Grandfather was Daryl Hart Herrington and he lived in Poulan, Ga. Don't know either Grandmothers name. My grandfather on Mothers side was George Mann and he had a brother Billy Mann who taught at Young Harris Jr. College and at Emory at Oxford, Ga. My Father had one whole Sister Margaret who lived in Poulan and a half sister Abba Chapman who lived in Savannah. Mothers brothers were Waymon, Brooklet, Ga., Frank Atlanta, Ga. Paige Marrieta, Ga., Sisters Acquila Warnock, Brooklet, Henerrita Brannon Statesboro, Ga., Syndney Wren, Wrens, Ga. Blondene Gasset, Brooklet, Ga. My Mothers Mother was a White, but that is all I know.
