Thomas Warren (son of John Radcliffe Warren and Rachel Williams) was born Abt. 1682 in Rappahannock County, Virginia, and died 13 Apr 1749 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. He married Mary Hackley on 1703.

(Page 56) The elder Thomas Warren(b-1682-83) died in 1749. His son Thomas Warren(b-1710) and Jane Lucas removed to Henry County, Virginia, where Thomas died in 1785. His son, also named Thomas(b-1735-1740) died 1801.

Thomas Warren wrote his WILL April 13, 1749 & died 1750 p106 Dr. Holland book. His will was proved on December 4, 1750 in Spotsylvania Co., Va. In this will he lists his wife Mary and his sons Hackley and Lancelot. He also names his daughters Rachel Hasken and Roxanna More.
