Another warrant # 42, dated 9 Nov. 1736, was issued to Peter Faust for 100 acres of land, situated in Oley Township Philadelphia Co. and is recorded in the Bureau of Land Records, Dept. of Interior, Harrisburg, PA. In 1741,upon the creation of Exeter Township, Philadelphia Co. from parts of oley and Amity Townships, the new boundary lines having been surveyed by Squire Boone. This Faust land was now situated in Exeter Township, Philadelphia Co., PA.
