& Carl Ford Hider, these children are believed to have
been born in West Salem , Wayne Co. Ohio.
Brothers & Sisters of Amos S. Hider believed to have
been born in Somerset County PA. Christina b. 1832.
Thomas b. 1853, Sevilla ( sp.? ) b. 1855, Albert b. 1856, all
of the above siblings shown in the 1860 census Somerset
Co. Pa. I am going on the assumption that German
emmigrants John ( Johann ) & Julianna Heider came to
Somerset Co. Pa, in the 1757 period, and that the
Heider spelling was changed to Hider about 1795. Somerset
County twp's Hider's known to have lived in : Turkeyfoot,
Addison, Larimar, Milford, Elk lick, meyersdale, & Brothers Valley . If you believe that you are decended from these
forebearers : Hider's of Ohio & PA. I would love to hear

He is buried in Havard Grove Cemetery section 21 tier 4
