Special emphasis on William HOBBS, son of Fredrick HOBBS and Katharine BARKER, born 24 Feb 1764 in Surrey County, Virginia. William married Martha (Patty) WHITFIELD on 21 Dec 1789 in Sussex County, Virginia. Both died in Davidson County, Tennessee in 1830's. They had two son's and four daughter's.
