Notes for William Martin O'Heron: I don't recall having much to do with my grandfather William. I can picture him sitting in HIS chair, with a smoking stand beside it. He always had those fuzzy coconut covered large peanuts nearby, or butterscotch candies, and sometimes those big ole orange marshmallow like peanuts, Circus peanuts I think. He retired from Delco Remy in Anderson. He was a little man in stature and said very little. How I wish I had been interested in family history in his living years. I was 13 when he died, but my parents did not feel I was old enough to be exposed to death and the funeral scene. William and Crystal had a lake cottage in northern Indiana, I still think it was Silver lake, but my dad says it wasn't. I believe I was told it was on Sturgeon lake,,, hmmmm, still don't think so.
