Harold was Mattie's "pride and joy" . He was a star athlete on the Marion Giants Basketball Team, the FAB FIVE. He died at the age of 24 in Wooster, Ohio. He became ill suddenly and died the same day. Mattie was notified and she was on her way to Wooster when he died.
