I do not know where the information came from that listed burial in Arkansas. Jacob's mother, Penelope has also been listed as buried in Arkansas. Jacob's sister, Penelope Heavilin Atkinson lived in Arkansas for a period of time, that may be the link. Jacob was a traveling Minister in his later years and perhaps he was just passing through.
