He married (1) Emma M on 1902. He married (2) Zelda Adela Heavilin Boyer on Aft. 1920, daughter of Cassius James Campbell and Emily Jane Heavilin.

To date, the information that we had was that Zelda and Chalmar married in 1902 and Mildred was their daughter. I have now discovered that this was not the case. Chalmar did marry in 1902, but to Emma M. and the daughter Mildred was not his child or hers. In the 1910 Census, Grant Co., Mildred is listed as Alice Mildred Treem, a lodger in the home of Chalmar and Emma.
