Hiram Hoover is buried on his farm in the Hoover Cemetery in Coffey Kansas. The name later changed to the Bowman Cemetery. Hiram's second wife was not accepted by the family and when he died unexpectedly, feelings and speculations ran high. She sold his property and remarried.
