My name is Ernest Hoopii and my family comes from Maui Hawaii. My Father ancestry is Hawaii/Chinese and my Mother is Portuguese.

I am in search of any information for my Father and Mother. Hawaiian ancestry is difficult to trace because of the lack of written documentation and most info was passed through verbal history from one generation to another.

My Father's name was Daniel and he has two famous musician brother's by the name of Solomon and Richard "The Hoopii Brothers."

As for myself, I graduated from high school in 1980 and joined the U. S. Marines in 1984. I'm married and have two son's. We are currently stationed in North Carolina.
