I am looking for information about my heratige before my father, Dr. Franklin Pavel Houdek, (Czeck) Chiropractor. Also Info, before my maternal grandparants, Paulina Sarder Deanovich from Leka in Croatia and her husband Simo (Sam) Deanovich, a Serbian orphan. I believe all arrived via Elis Island in the last quarter of the 1800's. They lived out their lives in Milwalkee Wisconson. Sam Died in the early 1950's,possibly 1952. Paulina, around 1958, then Frank around 1990. Paulina's birthday was Jan. 7th 18__. Frank was born in Dec., possibly 1884. My mother was his 2nd wife Helen. They were divorsed around 1949. She mentioned an uncle Charlie Houdek.
