Rory Alden Houck and Luanne Frances Murphy were raised in Rockville, Maryland and met as high school sweethearts. Rory graduated as an accountant from Shepherd College and Luanne graduated as a mechanical engineer from the University of Delaware. They moved to New Market, and then Mount Airy, Maryland where they reside with their three children, Mitchell (11), Shannon (8), and Erica (2-1/2). Rory works as a Solutions Engineer with SAP and enjoys working from home about 2-3 days per week. Luanne works as a manager for Anteon Corporation in Frederick, MD, providing support services to the Fort Detrick Army community. Mitchell loves basketball and soccer. Shannon loves dancing and pom pons and wants to be a teacher. Erica is a lively, independent, and tough little girl. They have an American Eskimo puppy named Bianca
