About Our Family Research
My father,Macon Moore Hough, was born in Clermont, Florida in 1911 he died in 1994. My mother Marianne Gilson Helmke Hough was born in Toldeo, Ohio in 1922. The Hough family (our branch) is traced back mainly to North Carolina after arriving from England. Notable ancestor is Nathaniel Macon of NC. I will post more soon.
