I am researching Francis M. Caray, born in Tennessee in the early 1880's. He served in the civil war as a member of C company, USRC, 15th infantry. He also was a member of MO Home Guard. He moved to Kansas after serving his time, and died in 1901 on Christmas day. I have yet to find his father, or mother. His wife was Margaret Williams born in Missouri. I have yet to find any of her family. Thomas Marion Caray was the son of Francis and Margaret. Norman Wesley was his son, and Marion Warren was his son, my grandfather. Other names associated with this Caray line are; BALL, LAMB, MAJOR, SLOCUM, VANDYKE, HENSLEY, SCHASTEEN, SPEARS, DALTON, SIMMONS, GUNSOLLEY, HELM, CANADAY, QUERRY.
