| Wanda and I have been researching the Howard Family from which I am descended. My Great Great Grandfather's Name is Robert Howard, Born Sept. 01, 1834, possibly in Pennsylvania, county unknown. He died in Bowie, Texas Feb. 22,1893 and was buried there. His wife at the time was Mary Ella Thomas, daughter of J.J. Thomas and Mary M. Thomas. She was born July 25, 1855 in Birmingham, Alabama and died June 10,1913 in Bowie,Texas. Two sons were born to Robert and Mary, Carson Howard and John Robert Howard. John Robert, my Great Grandfather, was born January 21,1886 in Bowie, Texas and died February 1978 in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Any information on Robert and Mary Ella Howard would be appreciated. |
